"I was agreeably surprised by the size of the suite, which is actually a small apartment. If you are two or more people, the place is a bargain as there is a double bed in the bedroom, as well as a single bed in the living room, so that up to three people can be accommodated. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with cooking tools, dishes, and cutlery. It contained a refrigerator, a freezer, a normal stove/oven, a microwave oven, and a table with seating for four. The bathroom was new and sparkling, and the towels were a cheery shade of sunshine yellow. There is ample closet and storage space, including a hideaway shoe cabinet. The garden is beautifully planted with palm trees and other lush greenery. I had a balcony running the length of both rooms. The hotel is not extremely close to the airport, but that is actually an advantage as the jet noise is not so loud. This would be a good place to stay for either the night before a flight or even for a few days. The ruins of Ostia Antica are not far away, and the beach is also nearby. Central Rome is reasonably accessible. I would stay there again."
"Euro House is, by far, the BEST we stayed in on our trip to Italy and Malta. Massimo and Fabiola were perfect innkeepers, gracious and extremely helpful. Thier English language skills are a real plus. Ten minutes form Leonardo Da Vinci airport, but out of the flight path, with their ever-ready shuttle service is a big plus. Euro House is actually fully equipped short term apartments. There is lots of room to get organized on arrival and departure and to deal with jet-lag. Very near by (a short bus ride) is Ostia Antica, an archeological dig (scavi) and museum park equal in interest with Pompeii. The web and brochure pictures EXACTLY depicted the apartments we stayed in -- they are really that nicely furnished! Since the train station for the Fuimicino Express to Roma is connected to the airport, Massimo will provide the van shuttle for your link to and from the train as well as the plane. Euro House is a jewel! Don't miss this one!"

"My flight was delayed and I arrived around midnight at the airport, even though it was way past check-in time, the hotel staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi for me and making sure that I got to the hotel safely. All of the staff went out of their way to treat me and my guest like we were old friends or family. Bruna & Americo even acted out a purse-snatching scene when we were getting ready to go to Rome for the day. They were concerned about us carrying purses, but their English was limited, so they enacted a scene with Americo trying to steal Bruna's purse and Bruna yelling' "Attenciones! Attenciones!" I would highly reccomend Euro House, both for the quality of the facility and because of the excellent service by all of the staff."
EuroHouse was EXACTLY the right last night in Italy for us. The owner greeted us with service and friendliness and complete information to help make our last day great. I've stayed in many hotels in the area, and none come anywhere near the standard of this place. This hotel is about as quiet as can be expected considering it's basically walking distance from the Fiumicino airport. It's off the main street so you don't get traffic noise. There is a secure area you can park your car (the courtyard right in front of your door). The staff are excellent. There is a grocery a few hundred meters down the main street (easy walking distance). There is always someone on duty who speaks English. The staff do everything they can to make sure your stay goes smoothly. They do 10 times more for you than any other hotel staff. Basically... if you are staying in Fiumicino either just as an overnight while waiting for a flight, or several nights while you visit the area, this is the best place to go in my opinion."

"The Euro House Fiumicino was a most welcome experience after spending 2 weeks in Italy and needing a nice place to round out the vacation on a positive note before catching an afternoon flight home the next day. The hotel has a shuttle to the airport (15 minutes) at your convenience in the morning, which will save you Euros in cab fare. It was a very nice place to recover from my hop across the pond. The breakfast was continental but good. Nice chewy croissants and fresh cappacino as well as cereal, hard bread, and juices. There is a computer that guests can use to access the internet for free in the breakfast/common area. I would recommend this place highly."

"Like many others on this website, the only real problem with this hotel is that it is very difficult to find! There's another Euro House accommodation hotel in the town, but it's nowhere near this one, so if you're trying to find it by car you'll find yourself driving around in circles. However once we did find it, with helpful directions from the other hotel, this was a real gem of a place. It's very clean, very quiet (although other guests clomping along on the walkways outside can be noisy) and on our visit looked like it had only just been built. Very nice indeed! The lad on reception spoke perfect English and was very helpful, showing us to our room which turned out to be a very large apartment, with kitchen and dining area, bedroom, bathroom - three separate rooms - and balcony. In the fridge provisions including fruit juice and water were offered as complimentary, together with free tea and coffee. It's all self-contained and all quite wonderful. Sadly, the town itself is no picture postcard place, and the hotel's location, whilst on the edge of town, is more to do with convenience for the airport than for any scenic or tourist attraction. But you can't beat this for an overnight stay, and for non-driving guests there's a shuttle bus to take you to the airport nearby. We will definitely use this hotel again."

Casale Doria Pamphilj at Testa di Lepre is a 16th Century Grain Barn, part of the Doria Pamphilj farm village. After careful restoration the Casale is now ready to be used for Agriturism. Known as a settlement from Etruscan times the farm at Testa di Lepre has been in the Pamphilj family since 1649 when it was bought by Olimpia Maidalchini (sister-in-law of Pope Innocent X and administrator of the Pamphilj properties) The working "Farm Home Casale Doria Pamphili" has two herds of cattle one producing milk for the local market and one bred on the farm for meat.
The building has been carefully converted to cater for visitors of all ages. There is a large safe garden area and all of the public rooms and most of the apartments are accesible to wheelchairs. There is a lift and two of the apartments are specially equipped for handicapped guests.
The Eight apartments are all on the first floor of the casale opening on to the garden corridor. Every apartment is self contained and on two open levels The lower level consists of a sitting/dining area with a kitchen corner and one or two bathrooms (some with showers and some with bath tubs) In the larger apartments there is a bedroom on this level. In most of the apartments there is a spiral staicase leading up from the sitting room to a small sitting area overlooking the internal garden. In all the apartments there is a wooden staircase up to a double gallery bedroom.
The furnishing is simple and comfortable and all of the windows have views over the surrounding countryside. The small fitted kitchens have a sink, refrigerator and microwave oven and come with china, cutlery, glass and sufficient equipment for the preparation of simple meals.
There are no gas rings or electric hot plates. The water from all the taps in the building is good and safe drinking water
All the apartments have telephone and television with a selection of local and satellite television channels. There are extra phone plugs for computer connection. The building has been restored with security in mind. All of the apartments have a reinforced front door and the public areas of the building are equipped with closed circuit anti intrusion video cameras .
All the apartments are equipped with smoke alarms and fire extiguishers
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. We ask our guests to bring there own towels for use at the beach.
Welcome Pack. Each apartment is provided with small quantities of a few basic things. Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, a small amount of sugar, coffee, tea, soap and loo paper. We are very happy to provide you with a welcome pack for you arrival consisting of:
Loaf of bread, 1 ltr milk, 25 tea bags, 250 gr ground coffee, 1 ltr orange juice, 2 ltrs mineral water, 250 gr butter, 500 gr honey or jam 1Kg sugar, 400gr biscuits, 1 Kg fresh fruit.
Laundry. The Casale laundry may be used by guests. An iron and ironing board are available in the laundry for guest use.
Casale Doria Pamphilj is in the small farm village on the Doria Pamphilj estate at Testa di Lepre di Sotto. The village (or 'Borgo') lies in a tranquil valley on the boundry of the city of Rome. It is 20Km from the city centre and the Vatican City and within easy reach of Civitavecchia, Viterbo, Orvieto, Spoleto and Tivoli.

"This is a very charming hotel! The staff was helpful, friendly and spoke English well. Breakfast was a feast. The hotel was located a distance from Rome, but close to the airport. No taxis or shuttles would take us to the motel economically, so we rented a car and that worked out well and we saw some of the beautiful countryside. We would stay there again."
"We had requested driving directions which never came, so we went to Flumicino which was the listed address and discovered that we were miles from the hotel. Better driving directions would have been helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and the attention of the staff exceptional. The rocks to take away were a nice touch - ours is now at home in our fountain. The location is good for air travel, but the room was very noisy - especially when the trains went past. All in all though, it was clean and comfortable and we would stay again."
"we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at motel corsi.The service/facilities/food was excellent!, although a car is a definate benefit if you are staying there....we used the local bus service (which is quite unreliable!)to travel around and to get to and from Rome centre, this takes around 40mins.....also, there are no buses to the nearest beach, which is an hours walk away.However trying to work out times/locations of buses added to the whole experience (and improved our italian language skills!) all in all a fantastic location/hotel.........the restaurant across the road is fantastic, beautiful traditional italian dishes with really friendly service at a decent price."
