"A good choice when flying out from the Leonardo Da Vinci Fiumicino airport. The staff was very professional & got my party (2 rooms) registered quickly. Rooms were clean, with nice bathrooms and plenty of hot water! The restaurant on site was fine, seafood oriented and a bit overwhelmed by a busy night, but courteous. The hotel has a shuttle to the airport (15 minutes) at your convenience in the morning, which will save you Euros in cab fare. This is a good alternative to the Hilton at the airport, which is expensive. I would stop at Roma again when flying in or out. I appreciated the staff’s professionalism, not always the case in Italy."

"Like many others on this website, the only real problem with this hotel is that it is very difficult to find! There's another Euro House accommodation hotel in the town, but it's nowhere near this one, so if you're trying to find it by car you'll find yourself driving around in circles. However once we did find it, with helpful directions from the other hotel, this was a real gem of a place. It's very clean, very quiet (although other guests clomping along on the walkways outside can be noisy) and on our visit looked like it had only just been built. Very nice indeed! The lad on reception spoke perfect English and was very helpful, showing us to our room which turned out to be a very large apartment, with kitchen and dining area, bedroom, bathroom - three separate rooms - and balcony. In the fridge provisions including fruit juice and water were offered as complimentary, together with free tea and coffee. It's all self-contained and all quite wonderful. Sadly, the town itself is no picture postcard place, and the hotel's location, whilst on the edge of town, is more to do with convenience for the airport than for any scenic or tourist attraction. But you can't beat this for an overnight stay, and for non-driving guests there's a shuttle bus to take you to the airport nearby. We will definitely use this hotel again."

By car
From the Roma-Napoli highway, take the Grande Raccordo Anulare (not towards Firenze) and proceed in the direction of the A1 Roma-Firenze highway. Take exit n.11 Nomentana and follow indications away from the city-centre towards Mentana. At the first junction you encounter (after a few kilometres), keep to the right and follow the indications towards Guidonia. Shortly thereafter, you will reach another juntion; keep to the right again and continue to follow directions towards Guidonia. At this point, you should be travelling along via di Marco Simone. At street number 80 (you will notice a large gate on your left), is the Carpediem Roma Golf Club estate entrance.
If you are arriving from the A1 Firenze-Roma highway, follow directions towards the Roma Nord exit. After crossing the tollbooth, head straight onto the Grande Raccordo Anulare and towards exit n.11 Nomentana. Then follow the above directions.

THE FISHERMEN'S VILLAGE AND THE CHALETS
The Hotel Complex Punta Rossa is pleased to offer its guests the following accomodation: apartments sleeping 2+2 people and 4+2 people, all with a terrace with spectacular sea view and completely furnished.
The apartments are available comprise (also the smaller ones) one living-dining room, kitchen, air conditioning, heating, color TV and telephone.
Surrounded by greenery, the Chalets are detached houses, completely indipendent from the Hotel. Each Chalet has a large garden and private parking. The Chalets are rented either by month or the year. The rent depends on the size of the Chalets.
In the little solarium square and the private bay facing the village guests will be provided with two sun beds and a sun umbrella for each apartments. The guests may use the hotel facilities if they wish, at the current prices e.g. restaurant with a 20% rebate, the thalassoterapy pool etc.
The stay is on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Friday. The apartments are available from 12:00 noon and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the departure day.
Price includes: taxes, cleaning service and change of linen upon arrival and mid-week and use of the swimming pool (only for swimming).

It is now possible to bathe in warm sea water in winter at the Hotel Complex Punta Rossa, as it provides a newly opened spa / beauty centre with a thalassotherapy pool filled with warm sea water and equipped with hydro-massage.
Although thalassotherapy is well known in France, it is almost unknown in our country. For many centuries we have been aware of the beneficial effects of sea water, now these benefits are used for a very efficient therapy.
Sea water is rich in minerals.
The ions at the ideal temperature of 32 C penetrate perfectly into the skin, and according to the body's need, allow for a toning and relaxing action.
In the exceptional climatic conditions of the park, a luxuriant vegetation has found an ideal habitat, and the scent of the sea, the heather any myrtle and the many tropical flowers, make Punta Rossa a perfect place to break the hectic rhythm of city life and detoxicate and diet successfully in total relaxation.

"On your question of "Competence of Employees", I found 99% should be marked down as "Excellent." However, one Conciege (whom I'm assuming was filling in for the Head Concierge that day) when I asked him to confirm an address for a certain restaurant, had no clue what I was talking about. It wasn't language related, as he repeated exactly what I said. I had to go upstairs, get the printed information and go back to the desk and show him in print what I was referring to, as he told me there was no such restaurant. Then he still had trouble finding the restaurant. The Head Concierge on the other hand was brilliant and extremely competant. In spite of this one person I would definitely go back to this hotel. My only other criticism is that I would perfer lighter fabrics in the rooms (ex. bedspreads) as the dark colors make the rooms look too dark. Again, even with these 2 issues, I loved the Hotel and the Staff. My wife & I really felt the Staff made us fell at home. In large hotels you feel invisable. At the Splendide Royal, a small Hotel, they get to know their guests. Also the Hotel Restaurant, Mirabelle is sensational."
